Got a question about a guide? Found a mistake? Want to suggest a topic? TechnoBabu is a small, independent operation run from India by Anurag Sinha, and reader mail genuinely shapes what gets published next — several of the guides on this site exist because someone wrote in and asked. We read everything that comes in, and genuine questions usually get a reply within 2–3 days (occasionally longer when a guide is mid-testing).
Write to us at contact@technobabu.com. It’s the fastest way to reach a human, and it goes straight to the person who writes the guides — not a support queue.
To help us help you faster, please include:
- The article you’re asking about (a link is perfect)
- What you tried and what happened instead
- Your hardware/OS if it’s a technical issue
Comments
Every article has an open comment section — for questions about a specific guide, commenting there is often better than email because the answer then helps the next reader who hits the same problem. Comments are moderated, so there’s a short delay before yours appears, and we reply in the same thread when a question needs one.
Corrections
If you spot an error — a wrong price, an outdated command, a broken link, a step that no longer matches the current software version — please tell us. We’d rather fix an article than defend it. Verified corrections are applied to the article with a dated update note so you can see what changed and when. Accuracy is the whole point of the site, so corrections jump the queue.
Topic suggestions
If there’s a guide you wish existed — a piece of hardware you can’t find good Indian instructions for, a service you’re not sure how to self-host, a privacy question nobody explains clearly — send it over. We can’t promise to cover everything, but the suggestion list is exactly where the publishing calendar comes from. Tell us what you’re trying to do and what’s blocking you.
Response times
This isn’t a company with a support desk, so please be patient: most genuine emails get a reply within 2–3 days. We don’t reply to unsolicited marketing, link-building pitches, “guest post” offers, or requests to insert paid links — those go straight to the bin, every time.
Business and advertising
For partnership or advertising enquiries, use the same address with the subject line “Business”. Display advertising on the site is handled programmatically through Google AdSense, not sold directly. Sponsored content, if we ever run any, is always clearly labelled “Sponsored” and never affects our recommendations — see our editorial policy for exactly how we keep advertising and editorial separate.
